HOME FEATURE: Mommy Gilet

I am so excited to share a home beautifully kept by a mom so genuine and loving.

I first saw Gilet in my son’s school, and I recognized her from UST High School in Manila, Philippines. I approached her and asked, “you went to USTHS right?”  The rest is history.

Gilet is a fellow telemetry RN, and has 2 beautiful kids, Arianna and Aiden. Arianna goes to the same school my son does, and they’re both in kindergarten. We live five minutes away from each other, and we both love DIY home stuff.

Can anyone guess what DIY project was done in the pretty bedroom below? That’s right, the accent wall! That closet was installed by, guess who? Yep, our featured supermom.

We have so much in common, it’s almost uncanny. One thing I do know is I’m very grateful to have stumbled upon her because I earned a friend whom I can text, confide in, have dates with and pray with.

To end, let me share Mommy Gilet’s favorite alone time activities that keep her “in the zone”:
– Watching Kdrama on Netflix snuggled in a cozy blanket
– Doing woodwork/home improvements

 

Mommy Gilet definitely topped my thriving moms list. Again, I feel so blessed to have her for a friend. I can’t wait to go have coffee and crepes with her again!
